DELIVERY

We deliver to all areas surrounding Altrincham including Hale, Hale Barnes, Bowdon, Ashley, Timperley, Broadheath, Sale, Carrington, Knutsford, Lymm, Dunham, Wythenshawe, Styal, Wilmslow, Handforth & Alderly Edge.

We also cover Stockport & surrounding areas (Bredbury, Woodley, Marple, Romiley, Bramhall, Hazel Grove, Davenport, Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Poynton, High Lane)

BACKGROUND

This website was built to replicate our Market Stall offering during the Covid Pandemic, we were forced to closed our small business in line with government guidelines (no garden parties here!). Not being one to sit on my laurels I became a very novice web designer and put this website together to continue selling our products and keep my business afloat & Float it did! In fact it was incredibly popular thus we have kept it open and continue to work very hard to update products and keep growing.
 
Your order helps us keep our small family business growing and your support is humbly appreciated. 

We aim to deliver all ordered within 48 hours, unless a special promotion is live; advertising specific delivery dates. It is our aim to deliver your goods super quickly & in the interests of freshness we often deliver same day and/or next day, however due to the fast paced nature of our business we cannot guarantee this.
 
Orders placed on Saturdays (after midday), Sundays & Mondays will be delivered from the following Tuesday (We always sell out of stock on Saturdays and our next delivery of fresh stock is on Tuesdays)
Should we experience delays that affect your order we will be in touch to keep you informed.

All orders are processed, created and delivered by Alex, the owner of Bloomin Flowers & Plants and from time to time we may have to substitute certain products, but rest assured Alex will not let you down when creating a memorable bouquet of equal and more often better value or quality; it's just like being on the stall, Alex will have creative license to create a stunning bouquet for you.

Complaints & Returns should be made to Alex Cox, owner of Bloomin by either visiting the stall at Altrincham Market or in writing to alexcox@bloominaltrincham.co.uk. We ask that (in the very unlikely event) you receive a product that you deem to be of poor quality then please feel free to capture a few images of z product and its condition so that we can ascertain what may have caused the problem and then make right the issue.
